Ingredients::
Half a tray of The Stuffing Company Stuffing Loaf with Pork Sausage Meat ‘cut into 4 slices
4 slices streaky bacon
4 large chicken breasts
Method:
- Cut a slit along the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket – take care not to slice the whole way through.
- Place a slice of stuffing inside each chicken breast.
- Wrap each chicken breast with the bacon.
- Airfry for 20-21 minutes at 190 degrees (turning halfway through cooking) or cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 33-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
- Cook the remaining stuffing as per packet instructions to enjoy alongside.
