1. For data obtained via the ‘Contact Us’ forms on our website, the data is only held as long as is required, that is to say:
- In order to enable us to respond to the query submitted via the ‘Contact Us’ us form and;

The data obtained via the ‘Contact Us’ forms are non-sensitive in nature (Name, email address and phone number).
2. Depending on the role, our Careers page may request that Users download an application/monitoring form to their device, which must then be filled out and emailed to hrofficer@tsfoods.co.uk.
Some sensitive data (including full name, date of birth, religion, employment history, medical information etc.,) may be requested as part of the application form/monitoring forms. This data will not be uploaded to, stored or transmitted in anyway on https://www.tsfoods.co.uk.
This data will only be held as long as legally required, but should the User wish for TS Foods Limited to erase this data at any time, the User has the right to do so. The request should be emailed to hrofficer@tsfoods.co.uk.
